Implants are the best alternative for replacing natural teeth!

Dental Implants

  • The teeth next to the gap in the arch do not need to be treated to accommodate replacement with implants.
  • They are long-lasting, on average 10/15 years.

The implant, a titanium root placed in the bone, fuses with the jaw (integration), providing stability strong enough to support a crown or bridge subsequently fixed onto it to replace one or more missing teeth.

Why choose dental implants?

A missing tooth brings a number of disadvantages:

  • It is unsightly, especially if the gap is visible when you smile!
  • It makes chewing difficult, with negative consequences for your oral and general health.
  • It can cause the bone structure to shrink over time.
  • The gums are much more vulnerable.

What does the treatment involve?

Together with our implantologist, we first assess bone quality and density and, where the right requirements are lacking, we carry out a simple bone reconstruction procedure with graft material before placing the implant correctly.

During the necessary waiting period, while the implant integrates well with the bone, we provide a temporary prosthesis until the final crown, bridge or prosthesis is fitted.

Once the upper part of the implant has been exposed, impressions are taken for the laboratory, which makes customised final crowns or bridges.

We fit the new teeth onto the implant, making sure that you are completely satisfied with both the shape and the colour of the final restorations and your new smile.
