Lip enhancement with JUVÉDERM® or RESTYLANE® hyaluronic acid is a non-surgical treatment to increase or correct the shape and volume of the lips.
It is suitable both for plumping and enhancing the beauty of the lips in younger patients and for correcting the effects of ageing in older patients.
As the effects of ageing take hold, lip volume decreases, causing a thinner, flatter appearance. Wrinkles and fine lines may also appear, contributing to less smooth lips, less defined borders and a flattened “Cupid’s bow”, with an overall tired and aged look.
Lip treatment with fillers can provide a safe and effective non-surgical solution to correct these aspects.
We use only the best hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers from world-famous brands such as Juvederm and Restylane.
Both JUVÉDERM® and RESTYLANE® are safe products for a wide variety of uses in aesthetic procedures. Both are non-animal based: they contain hyaluronic acid, not collagen.
Because the hyaluronic acid in these products is created by biosynthesis in a laboratory, patients do not need to have an allergy test before receiving treatment.
Whether the aim is to restore volume lost through ageing or to enhance the lips for cosmetic reasons, we will recommend the amount and shape that best suit your face.

JUVEDERM hyaluronic acid fillers are injected through very fine needles to restore the right volume balance of the lips and achieve:
- Volumisation

Aftercare Instructions
- Fillers should be done 2/3 weeks before an important event to avoid the risk of swelling and bruising coinciding with it
- Avoid medicines and products that thin the blood: NSAIDs, aspirin, vitamin E, fish oil, ginseng.
- Avoid in the 12 hours after treatment: make-up, intense physical activity, facial massage
- In the days after treatment, apply arnica cream and high-factor sun protection
- Avoid for 48 hours: spa, sauna, hot showers
- Avoid long-haul flights the following day because of pressure changes
- Avoid sun or heat for 48 hours
